This knife was designed as an all around hunting, camp / bushcraft or survival type knife that can handle just about any chore in the woods or campsite.
Overall length is 11 1/2" long with a 6 1/2" blade 1 3/4" deep by 5/32" thick.
Hand forged in my Vermont blacksmith shop from 5160 high carbon steel that is incredibly tough and holds an outstanding edge but is easily sharpened when needed.
Distinctive file work jimping on the spine.
The handle is reclaimed Vermont white oak barn wood 4 3/4" long with 4 brass pins. This wood came from a 120 plus year old dairy farm in Charlotte Vermont.
The leather sheath is made from 8/9 oz leather that is double stitched with a full welt and copper saddle makers rivets at all critical stress points. Waterproofed, signed and dated.
Distinctive forging marks are left to show these knives are handmade and have a natural aged appearance.
All of my knives come with a lifetime warranty. If there is ever a problem I will repair or replace it for free. This does not include abuse or neglect of the knife, or other use than what it is intended for.
