This is the smaller version of my large survival knife. Hand forged from a single piece of 5160 high carbon steel. Heat treated and differentially edge quenched and double tempered for maximum durability and strength.
The handle has a flat pommel end for hammering or breaking glass with 550 paracord wrapping which can be removed in a survival situation when cordage is needed.
The leather sheath is designed to be used either as a regular vertical carry, left or right hand side. Or horizontally for scout or cross draw carry. Double stitched with saddle makers rivets added at all all critical stress points, waterproofed signed and dated.
Overall length is 7 1/4" inches long with a blade length of 3" x 1 1/8" deep x 5/32" thick
As with the larger version this knife is intended to withstand extreme conditions either in a survival situation or for heavy work use. Along with hunting, fishing or bushcraft.
Each knife comes with care instructions and a lifetime guarantee. If ever there is a problem with one of my knives when used for it's intended purpose, I will replace or repair it at my discretion.
